This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report bearing Crime No.796 of 2023 registered with the Chandur Bazar Police Station, Amravati Rural for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is the informant's case that since she has delivered two female issues, her husband started to harass. Moreover, she has been physically as well as mentally harassed and drove out of the house. 4.

The applicants would submit that the informant and her husband were residing separately however the other members have been falsely implicated by making vague allegations.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 22.02.2024. Learned Addl.P.P. waives notice on behalf of the State.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but
