This application is seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.0479/2023, registered with Police Station, Lohara, District Yavatmal for an offence punishable under Sections 377, 420, 498-A, 294, 507, 500 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

The relatives of husband are before us. Though husband is the main accused, he has not applied. It is the applicants' contention that in order to pressurize the husband, all the family members have been falsely implicated on the basis of fake and general allegations.

Issue notice to the non applicants, returnable after six weeks 5.

Learned A.P.P. waives service of notice for the non applicant no.1-State.
