This is an application seeking to quash the charge-sheet arising out of First Information Report bearing Crime No.413 of 2022 registered with the Amdapur Police Station, District Buldhana for the offence punishable under Section 354, 354-A, 452, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is the contention of the applicant no.1 is that he does not have any relation with the informant however she was harassing for which the applicant no.1 has lodged the report on 10.10.2022. It is the applicants contention that under false pretext of marriage the informant has lodged the false report to pressurize the applicant no.1.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 20.02.2024. Learned Addl.P.P. waives notice on behalf of the State.
