This is an application seeking to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.988/2023 registered by Awadhutwadi Police Station, Yavatmal, Taluka and District Yavatmal punishable under Sections 420, 419, 406, 465, 468 and 170 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the M.P.I.D. Act. It is submitted that till date chargesheet has not been filed against the applicant.

Informant is one of the investors. It is his case that the applicant has posed herself to be holding government post along with co-accused one Hoshing. At the instance of applicant he has invested a huge amount but later on realized that he has been deceived. Hence report.

It is applicant's contention that main accused Hoshing has deceived several investors. The applicant is also one who has also lost her money. The applicant herself has filed an application to the Police Commissioner

2 apl58.2024 on 11.5.2023 exposing the fraudulent activities of co-accused Hoshing. Precisely it is submitted that though applicant is a victim like person, no criminal liability lies on her.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable after four weeks.

Mrs. S.V. Kolhe, learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant No.1.

The applicant to supply copy of the petition to the learned A.P.P.
