Learned Counsel for the non-applicant submitted that the issue involved in the present application is already referred for the Larger Bench. 2.

He also submitted that the present applicant has filed an application for seeking the expenses of litigation.

The application is not supported with the documents as to the income of the present applicant, he shall file on record the relevant documents to show the income of the present applicant.

Place the matter after three weeks.

In the meantime, the non-applicant shall not proceed with the application i.e. PWDVA No.23/2023, till further orders.
