This application is for quashing of the Domestic Violence (D.V.) proceeding filed by the non-applicant.

It is the contention of the applicants that they are not all concerned with the alleged act as they never resided along with the non-applicant in a shared household and they are residing at different places. The said contention is to be substantiated by the material documents.

Learned Counsel for the applicants shall file on record the relevant documents and shall supply the copy of the same to the other side. 4.
