: PRAVIN S. PATIL, J.

DATE : 28/01/2026.

1.

Heard this matter for some time.

2.

After hearing both the parties, it is clear that, out of property dispute, the present complaint came to be lodged by Non-applicant No.2 against the present applicants.

3.

The submission of the applicants is that they have no objection to continue her name in the 7/12 extract, which is already existing in favour of the non-applicant No.2.

4.

On the other hand, learned APP and non-applicant No.2 stated that applicants are insisting to transfer the property in their name. 5.

In the circumstances, in my opinion, as the dispute is between the family members, it will be proper to refer the matter to the Mediator and in the Mediation this issue can be resolved between the parties. 6.

Mr. J.J. Chandurkar, learned counsel is appointed as Mediator in the matter.
