The leave is sought because while issuing notice, this Court, by order dated 31-1-2024, permitted the Investigating Officer to continue with the investigation but to file charge-sheet by obtaining leave of the Court. Since the investigation is now complete, the permission to file charge-sheet is granted. Charge-sheet shall be filed within two weeks from today.
