This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report bearing Crime No.329 of 2023 registered with the Pimpalgaon Raja Police Station, District Buldhana for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 498-A, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The entire family members of the husband of informant have approached to this Court for quashing. It is submitted that in order to pressurize the husband, entire family has been falsely implicated as some of the applicants even not stayed with the couple.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 28.02.2024. Learned Addl.P.P. waives notice on behalf of the State.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but charge-sheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court.
