The learned APP pointed out that after conducting the investigation it is found that incriminating material has been collected against the present Applicants, hence, the prosecution is already permitted to file on record the chargesheet. 2.

Considering the fact that chargesheet is filed, this Application can be disposed of by granting permission to the present Applicant to challenge the said chargesheet independently. So also the Applicant can avail all other remedies as permissible under the provisions of law. All issues are kept open. 3.
