Learned APP pointed out that in the present matter, even before issuing of notices dated 17.01.2024 the charge-sheet was already filed on 27.10.2023. However, this fact was not brought to the notice of this Court by the applicants.

Learned Counsel for the applicants states that he was not made aware about the filing of charge-sheet by the applicants. He seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to challenge the chargesheet. 3.

In the circumstances, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to challenge the charge-sheet, if so advice and to take any further steps as permissible under the provisions of law. 4.

All the issues are kept open.

The application stands disposed of.
