This is an application seeking to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.0743/2023 registered by non-applicant No.1 Police Station, Warora, Tahsil Warora, District Chandrapur for the offence punishable under Section 498-A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that due to matrimonial dispute the entire family has been implicated on the basis of vague and general allegations.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable after three weeks.

Mr. A.B. Badar, learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant No.1.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but chargesheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court.
