Both learned counsel appearing for parties have requested to this Court to refer the matter for mediation as the dispute is of matrimonial nature and it is likely to settle. By consent they have suggested to appoint Mrs. U. J. Patil, Advocate as a Mediator.

In view of above, Mrs. U. J. Patil, is appointed as a Mediator. Both sides shall appear (preferably only husband and wife) within two weeks by taking prior appointment of learned Mediator.
