The application seeks quashing of Misc.

Criminal (PWDA) Case No. 48/2023 filed under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Warora, District Chandrapur.

The contention is that the applicants are three sisters, who have married prior to the marriage of non-applicant with their brother.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable in two weeks.
