In view of the reasons mentioned in the Application, the Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. The Investigating Officer is permitted to file the charge-sheet within two weeks.

Leave is granted to the learned Counsel for the Applicant to amend the Application within two weeks on filing of the charge-sheet. On failure to do so, the Application stands dismissed without further reference to the Court. 3.
