This is an application seeking to quash charge-sheet arising out of FIR in Crime No.631/2023 registered with Kuhi Police Station, District - Nagpur, for the offence punishable under Sections 325, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that initially on 07.09.2023 report was lodged with the police regarding the occurrence dated 05.09.2023, on which, NCR was registered. According to applicants, Prity

Learned APP pointed out that on receipt of X-ray report, it was revealed that there was a fracture and thus, by obtaining prior permission of the Magistrate, existing FIR has been lodged. 5.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 12.03.2024.
