DATE : 4TH OCTOBER, 2024 The application seeks to quash and set aside the First Information Report (FIR) bearing Crime No.0014 of 2024, dated 14/01/2024 (Pg.64), registered with the Police Station Dhantoli, Nagpur against the applicants at the behest of the non-applicant No.2 for the offences registered under Sections 406 and 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr.Mardikar, learned counsel appearing for the non-applicant No.2, has filed a reply in which it is stated, that the differences between the applicants and the nonapplicant No.2 have been resolved on account of which, the non-applicant No.2 is withdrawing the allegations made against the applicants in the FIR (Pg.72).

Considering the nature of the allegations, even otherwise, it is apparent that the allegations are of a civil nature regarding recovery of money. Since the dispute has been resolved and the allegations are being withdrawn, we accept the application and quash and set aside the aforesaid FIR bearing Crime No.0014 of 2024, dated 14/01/2024 (Pg.64), registered with the Police Station Dhantoli, Nagpur against the applicants at the behest of the non-applicant No.2 for the offences registered under Sections 406 and 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, however, at the costs of Rs.10,000/- to be deposited with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.
