This is an application seeking to quash chargesheet arising out of Crime No.0697/2023 registered by non-applicant No.1 Police Station Balapur, Tahsil Balapur, District Akola for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Applicants are relatives of husband who claims to be residing separately from the couple. It is submitted that in order to pressurize the husband entire family has been implicated in domestic dispute.

Issue notice to non-applicants returnable in six weeks.

Mr. M.J. Khan, learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant No.1.

The trial Court shall not insist for the presence of applicants till further orders.
