This is an application seeking to quash FIR in Crime No.964/2023 registered with Darwha Police Station, District - Yavatmal, for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

The applicants are parents-in-law and brother of the informant's husband. It is submitted that they have been falsely implicated to pressurize the husband. Our attention has been drawn to prior Prity

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 12.03.2024.

In the meantime, investigation shall go on, but the charge-sheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court.
