This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report (FIR) bearing Crime No.814 of 2023 registered with the Chikhali Police Station, District Buldhana for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 324, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

It is the applicant's contention that the incident as occurred was otherwise than which has been reflected in the applicant's report registered by the Police vide Crime No.816 of 2023. The applicant would submit that at the time of occurrence, the informant Sharad assaulted her parents by means of Axe however to give counter check to the existing report, false report has been lodged. 4.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 21.03.2024. Learned Addl.P.P. waives notice on behalf of the State.
