The informant is present before us and is identified by his learned advocate Mr.Sahil Mate. The informant stated that the matter has been amicably settled. He would submit that he has received all the stolen property and therefore, he has no grievance. Particularly, informant would submit that some of the accused are still in his service as a driver, therefore he do not wish to prosecute further. Particularly, informant stated that he has also no grievance against the persons, who have been shown as absconding accused and he gave no objection to quash entire prosecution including the absconding accused. The informant undertakes to file detailed affidavit to that effect during the course of the day.
