Learned APP has pointed out that, in the present matter, the chargesheet was filed on 07/02/2024. After filing of the chargesheet, an interim order came to be passed in the matter on 09/02/2024, directing the Investigating Officer to investigate the matter but not to file the chargesheet. Considering this fact, the applicant has now moved the application for amendment of the present application. 3.

In the circumstances, instead of allowing the application, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to challenge the chargesheet, if so advised, or to avail any other remedy permissible under the provisions of law. All the issues are kept open. 4.
