Learned counsel for both the parties submit that the parties have settled their dispute before the learned Mediator and a compromise agreement came to be executed before the learned Mediator on 29.04.2025 which is placed on record by the learned Mediator along with his report dated 02.05.2025. The compromise agreement is duly signed by both the parties and their counsel before the learned Mediator.

In view of the above, the application stands disposed of in terms of the compromise agreement dated 29.04.2025.
