The applicants who are husband and sister-in-law are seeking to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.0172/2023 registered by non-applicant No.1 Police Station Bhandara for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the chargesheet has not been filed.

The applicants' learned Counsel would submit that the allegations are vague and general. According to the applicants two matrimonial proceedings are pending in Family Court and thereafter to pressurize the applicants report has been lodged.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable after six weeks.

Mr. A.B. Badar, learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant No.1.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but chargesheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court.
