Learned Counsel for non-applicant No.2 has pointed out that before the Principal Family Court, Baitul (MP), there is a settlement between non-applicant No.2 and her husband. As per the said settlement, the husband has to pay one time compensation of Rs.13,80,000/-. It is also agreed that as per the said terms, non-applicant No.2 will withdraw the criminal cases including the complaint filed under Section 498 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code against her husband and his relatives.
