The Application is for quashing of the FIR. During the pendency of this Application the parties have already settled the dispute before the Family Court, Baitul. However, 50% amount still remains to be deposited. It is agreed between the parties that, after the Non-applicant No.2 withdraws all the applications/complaints then 50% amount would be deposited.

The co-accused who is the husband to deposit the amount under protest before the Family Court, Baitul and shall mention while depositing the amount that the Non-applicant No.2 shall not be permitted to withdraw the said amount unless all the proceedings are withdrawn. The parties are present and the contents of the settlement are verified from them and they have agreed and accepted the

In view of that, list the matter before this Court on 08.04.2026.
