This is an application seeking to quash the Regular Criminal Case No.89/2022 arising out of a charge sheet from Crime No.798/2021 registered with Karanja Police Station, District Washim for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is the contention of applicants that on the basis of vague and general allegations entire Rgd.

Order 0202apl189.24 family has been implicated.

Issue notice to non-applicants, returnable on 15.03.2024. Learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant no.1.

In the meanwhile, the trial Court shall not insist for presence of applicants, except on the date of framing charge.
