This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.1221 of 2023 registered with Police Station Gadge Nagar District Amravati for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 509 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant's learned counsel took us through the contents of First Information Report to state that it does not make out essentials to constitute the offences punishable under Sections 354 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable after six weeks.
