This is an application seeking to quash chargesheet arising out of Crime No.0238/2023 registered by non-applicant No.1 Police Station Rajura, Tahsil Rajura, District Chandrapur for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 376(2)(n), 417, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the informant is well grown up of 35 years old and there was consensual relationship since last 5 years. According to applicant there are no elements to hold that the consent of prosecutrix have been obtained by deceitful means.

Issue notice for final disposal to the non-applicants returnable after four weeks.

Mr. S.S. Doifode, learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant No.1.
