The order dated 17/06/2023 passed by the learned Extra Joint District Judge and Extra Sessions Judge, Wardha is under challenge in this application. 2.

The contention is that the documents cannot be produced by witness after the charge sheet is filed. It is contended by PW-7 that the Admission Form is produced during his evidence. According to learned counsel for the applicant, this cannot be permitted and would be prejudiced to the interest of accused as observed in the case of Bhagyashree Prashant Wasankar Vrs. State of Maharashtra, reported in 2021 DGLS (Bom.) 850. 3.

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable within two weeks.
