This is an application seeking to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.0211/2023 registered by non-applicant No.1 Police Station Bibi, District Buldhana for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Our attention has been invited to the applicants who are twelve in numbers to impress that the entire family has been implicated in matrimonial proceedings. 4.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable in six weeks.

Mr. A.B. Badar, learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant No.1.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but chargesheet shall not filed without obtaining leave of this Court.
