This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report (FIR) bearing Crime No.892 of 2023 registered with the Mangrulpir Police Station, District Washim for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

It is submitted that on the basis of vague allegations all family members have been implicated. 4.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 21.03.2024. Learned Addl.P.P. waives notice on behalf of the State.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but charge-sheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court.
