This is an application seeking to quash chargesheet arising out of Crime No.0211/2023 registered by non-applicant No.1 Police Station Sindewahi, Taluka Sindewahi, District Chandrapur for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A and 417 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that vague and general allegations are made against all the family members. According to applicants the evidence collected by police does not make out a prima facie case.

Issue notice for final disposal to non-applicants returnable after four weeks.
