After hearing the matter for some time, when this Court did not incline to entertain the application filed after a long period of more than 10 years, the learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the application with liberty to apply for discharge before the Trial Court.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

If an application if filed by the applicants, considering the fact that the matter is 12 years old, the Trial Court shall dispose of the application within three months from the date of filing of the application by the applicants.
