By this application the applicants are seeking to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.0096/2024 registered by non-applicant No.1 Police Station Ramnagar, Chandrapur for the offence punishable under Section 498-A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicants are relatives of husband. It is submitted that there are no specific allegations against the present applicants.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable after six weeks.

Mr. A.B. Badar, learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant No.1.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but chargesheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court.
