This is an application seeking to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.1177/2023 registered by non-applicant No.1 Police Station Hinganghat, District Wardha for the offence punishable under Section 498-A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Applicants are in-laws who claim that on the basis of vague allegations they have been implicated. 4.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable after six weeks.

Mr. A.B. Badar, learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant No.1.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but chargesheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court.
