On 19.01.2026, this Court recorded in the order that learned APP sought permission to file the chargesheet, however as no one appeared on behalf of the applicant, this matter was adjourned for today with clearly indicating the fact that if none appeared on behalf of the applicants, this Court will pass appropriate order in the matter.

However, today again, none appeared on behalf of applicants in the matter. In the circumstances, learned APP has pointed out that incriminating material has been collected against the present applicants and, therefore, permission to file the charge-sheet by prosecution is necessary in the matter.

Accordingly, prosecution is permitted to file the charge-sheet.

In view of granting permission to the prosecution, the present application stands disposed of with permission to the applicant to challenge the charge-sheet independently if so advice or to take any other steps as permissible under the provisions of law.
