The applicants seek quashing of the Domestic Violence proceedings bearing M.C.A. No. 1434/2023 pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Akola.

The contention is that the allegations in omnibus statements are made and the incidents of the year 1990 are alleged in the petition. Presently, the nonapplicant is not residing in common household with the applicants.
