This is an application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of the proceedings filed against the applicants under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. 3.

In view of the judgment of this Court in Criminal Application (APL) No. 179/2020 (Daya Jalendra Khare and others .vs. State of Maharashtra and another) and other connected matters, this application is not maintainable. 4.

The application is accordingly dismissed as not maintainable.
