This is an application seeking to quash FIR arising out of Crime No.0203/2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 376-D, 506 r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

A lady aged about 37 years alleges a case of forcible sexual intercourse against both applicants. 4.

Learned counsel would submit that they are adjacent land-holders and the civil dispute was pending at the relevant time. It is pointed out that though the informant stated that she sustained grievous injuries, however, medical examination report does not support the allegation. According to the applicants, in order to pressurize the applicants, they have been falsely implicated.

Issue notice to the respondents for final disposal, returnable on 04/04/2024.
