After hearing this matter for some time, learned APP has pointed out that by communication dated 24.07.2023, the investigating officer has forwarded the material, which was collected including the clothes of the victim to the forensic Laboratory at Amravati. According to learned APP, till date, the report has not been received and, therefore, same is not part of the charge-sheet. 2.

In the present matter, the medical report is relied upon by the present applicant is at page 87 and, therefore, in my opinion, considering the fact and circumstances of the matter, the report of the Director of the Regional Forensic Science Laboratory, Amravati, is one of necessary factor to decide the present application. 3.

In view of the fact that report from Forensic Science Laboratory is not received since 24.01.2023, the Director of the Regional Forensic Science Laboratory is directed to expedite the analysis and submit the same to

Learned APP is directed to bring this order to the notice of the Director of the Regional Forensic Science Laboratory.

Accordingly, the matter is adjourned for four weeks, with the hope that within a period of four weeks, the report from the Forensic Laboratory will be received to this Court.

In the matter, interim order to continue till next date.

List this matter on 16.02.2026.
