As it appears from the affidavit-in-reply that the investigation is over, the Investigating Officer to file chargesheet before the concerned Court within a period of two weeks from today. Copy of the same to be given to the applicant within one week thereafter. After receiving the charge-sheet, if advised, the applicant to carry out amendment on or before 23/07/2024. Copy of the amended application and the chargesheet be given to the Court as well as to the respondents in advance.
