This is an application seeking to quash FIR in Crime No.764/2023 registered with Police Station Ramnagar, District - Wardha for the offence punishable under Section 498-A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is applicants' case that the informant wife hardly live for 45 days that too with husband only. The parents are residing separately since long. According to applicants to pressurize them, therefore, false report has been lodged.
