This is an application to quash First Information Report in Crime No.27/2024 registered with Police Station Dongaon, District Buldhana for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

It is the applicant's case that out of matrimonial dispute, on the basis of vague and general allegations entire family has been implicated. It is stated that some of the applicants are also residing separately from the couple. 4.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 19.04.2024.

Learned A.P.P. waives service of notice for nonapplicant/State. 6.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but charge-sheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court.
