It revels that the victim was served and engaged an Advocate but no one is appearing since few dates. The case pertains to the offence of rape. In the circumstances, we deem it appropriate that victim be well informed that her Advocate is not appearing. Obviously, if she needs, we may appoint Advocate through Legal Aid.

In view of above, issue fresh notice to the victim returnable after two weeks. Concerned Police of Hudkeshwar Police Station are directed to serve notice on victim without fail.
