This is an application seeking to quash charge-sheet arising out of Crime No.560/2021 registered with Police Station Mauda, District - Nagpur (Rural) for the offence punishable under Sections 452, 354, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

The informant lady alleges that on the date of occurrence, the applicant forcibly entered in Prity

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the incident was otherwise than what has been reported. There is a delay of three days in lodging the report. Moreover, it is submitted that on the date of occurrence, the informant lady went to the police station to lodge missing report about her husband.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 01.04.2024.
