This is application seeking to quash charge-sheet arising out of First Information Report vide Crime No.3044/2014 registered by Police Station Nagbhid, Tal. and Dist. Chandrapur for the offence punishable 7(1)(d) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for applicant would submit that yet the Trial Court has not framed charges. 4.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable after four weeks. The learned APP waives service of notice for non-applicant No.1.

The applicant to produce the status report of the Trial Court.
