This is an application seeking to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.0563/2023 registered by non-applicant No.1 for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323 and 504 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that entire family has been implicated in matrimonial dispute.

Issue notice to non-applicants returnable in six weeks.

Mr. Amit Chutke, learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant No.1.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but chargesheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court.
