This is an application seeking to quash FIR in Crime No.19/2024 registered with Police Station Shegaon, District - Buldhana for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

It is applicants' contention that on the basis of vague and general allegations, applicant No.2 - brother-in-law has been implicated. More Prity

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 02.05.2024.

In the meantime, investigation shall go on, but the charge-sheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court.
