This is an application seeking to quash First Information Report in Crime No.58/2024 registered with Police Station Murtizapur, District Akola for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Applicant No.1 is the husband and other applicants are relatives of the husband. It is the applicants' case that out of matrimonial dispute, on the basis of vague and general allegations, crime has been registered. 4.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 19.04.2024.

Learned A.P.P. waives service of notice for nonapplicant/State. 6.
